As for applying it, all you have to do when you first get it is test it out on a hard surface to have it bleed through and then simply press lightly onto your eyes to get the color out as eyeliner. It's very simple and very efficient. It is the best the I have ever come across. Not to mention that it washes right out with simple soap and water. I recommend it.
