(More customer reviews)I have only used the device once, and will be using it again in 4 days, you have to wait 2wks between treatments.There is no way this could be an entry level salon/spa device as it heats up after less than 10minutes of use to the point where the bulb burns the skin.I emailed tech support and their response was a video showing someone using the canned air to cool it down.Could you see a salon doing that during a treatment every 10 min?I don't think so.The efficacy has yet to be determined as it does take multiple treatments to get results.I will have several cans of air on hand so I can accomplish the next round a lot quicker.
