(More customer reviews)I have used just about every single OTC acne wash/cream/astringent out there, so I was a bit skeptical when I saw an ad for this one from Clearasil.The last spot treatment product I had used was "Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, .75 oz" and it did nothing.Then one day about two weeks ago this very large pimple began forming on my upper lip.I have them pop up in this area quite often and when they do they linger for about 3 weeks, it's so frustrating.Out of desperation, I decided to give Clearsil Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream a go.The instructions say to apply 1-3 times daily but I amped that up to about 8-9 because I didn't think the product would work.Well, as it turns out it worked as promised and the pimple was pretty much completely gone after just 2 days, but my lip and nose was incredibly dry (I felt really sunburned).It was so dry that I had to apply a moisturizer and even rinse my face off throughout the day to relive the dryness.I don't blame the product for this as I did not follow the label instructions.Not only did it beat my expectations but it also made my skin the clearest it has ever been.
