I normally use the local pharmacy brands (CVS, Walgreen's) astringent and/or pads, esp. during summer months when my skin gets sweaty and oily. While this is nicely scented and a pretty color, my complexion is a disaster. It took less than 2 days use of this product and I developed those hard, painful, under-the-skin bumps that eventually turn into huge blemishes. I look like I'm 15 years old again with bad skin. I never had bad acne, just occasional breakouts, but this stuff is a nightmare. I'll keep it, but only for cleaning cuts and small wounds. Oh, it does take the itch out of insect bites similar to rubbing alcohol and witch hazel, so maybe it will get used up over the summer months.
