Dickinson's pads because I had successfully used this product in the past for hemorrhoid relief, however apparently I didn't pay enough attention when ordering this particular type off of Amazon's site and ended up with a generic 'skin' type pads instead. Though it does do the job as well, it's not as soft as the hemorrhoid specifc one (this one is actually ridged). What I actually meant to get was this: [...]. So if you are looking for some help with hemorrhoids, get the white-and-blue box instead (as opposed to white-and-green). Also, Fargelin pills are a tremendous help with that stuff.
