The instruction on the product says to leave on for 15 minutes, once a week however I recommend leaving it on for an hour or two every few days to really see the results (less if you have sensitive skin) . If you have a day where you hang around the house I suggest leaving it on during the day for a few hours or even over night.

I noticed a huge improvement in acne when I use this product. It's a maintenance product meaning it's not a cure for acne. If you stop using it then acne will return.

What I have learned about acne cyst is the cyst will actually start below the skin level about a month before you see it raised above the skin surface. Those that started a month ago will still show if you have just started using this product so don't blame any product on pimples which show up around the week or week and half you start using it. Look for long term results.

If you suffer from excessive oil the clay in this mask virtually eliminates it. My bestfriend has an oily complexion and she uses this product to control it. I do not. I have slightly dry skin but I have not found it to be drying at all.

A few people I know have commented about the smell of the mask. It does have a strong sulfur smell to it due to its high sulfur content (10%) but in my opinion the eucalyptus helps with it. I'm sure the point of having eucalyptus is not to cover the smell but it does help. If you are sensitive to scent you may want to try and get a sample of the product at Sephora before purchasing the full size.

I have also seen a few people claim this doesn't work well as a spot treatment. I don't know any product which can truly make a pimple disappear over night but I have used it as a spot treatment for very large, cystic pimples and I have found it did help reduce the size over night.

The product is a bit pricey but the price is justified by the fact that you don't need a lot of it when you use it. Apply a thin layer when you use it and leave it on for at least an hour or two.

The only complaints I truly have about this mask is I wish the product was in a squeeze tube rather than in a container. The product is thick and I don't really care about getting my hands in it.

(More customer reviews)I like this mask.While the description and the first reviewer says that it is potent and can make your face feel flushed, I did not experience this.I must have some really tough skin!

Although deemed a potent product, to me it seems gentle enough to use twice a week as the direction suggest.I have used another natural mud mask, which I also love, but I see the diffence between the two.This masks does draw out toxins, the other product does so as well but also naturally exfoliates the skin too.

You absolutely do not need a lot on your face.I found the first time that I used it I did not feel that much of a "draw" on my skin.The next time I used it I dampened my face a bit, which the directions don't say to do, and then put the mask on.Did I ever feel the difference!

(More customer reviews)so, im not big on spending crazy money for products, but this mask is amazing. your skin actually looks clearly and feels softer immediately after rinsing the mask off and seems to keep the glow for a couple of days after. its pretty expensive and there's hardly anything in the jar, but when you consider the high level of organic ingreadients, i guess you have to consider that you get what you pay for. also, i have sensitive skin, and the first time i put it on, it felt like it burned like a mother-you-know-what, but there were no adverse side effects once i rinsed it off. ive tried a lot of different masks, and i think this one is really good!
