Description: Each Zeno tip is good for 150 treatment cycles, enough to eliminate at least 50 pimples. Each tip has a set lifespan, and lets you know when it's time for a replacement. Because Zeno kills the bacteria that cause acne, it is safe to use repeatedly. However, over time, the metal plate within the Zeno tip begins to wear out. The Replacement Tip Cartridge keeps your Zeno working hard to keep your skin pimple-free. Please note that this replacement tip is compatible with Zeno MD only. Recommended Use: To remove the tip cartridge, first ensure that Zeno is powered off. Hold Zeno upright in one hand and pull the Tip Cartridge off with the other hand. Take care to pull firmly and directly upward to avoid damaging the microprocessor inter-connection pins on your Zeno. The Zeno Treatment Tip once exhausted has no value; please properly dispose of the exhausted Tip Cartridge. To attach a new Tip Cartridge, we reccomend that you place Zeno on a flat surface and hold it upright in one hand with the buttons and Data Information Panel facing you. Holding the replacement cartridge in the other hand, align the cartridge so that the Treatment Tip is to the right and above the Treatment Activation button. Press the cartridge straight down onto Zeno taking care to press firmly and directly down to avoid damaging the Cartridge Connector or internal connection on Zeno. DO NOT FORCE! Your Zeno is a carefully manufactured high-quality device; the tip should attach easily. If it does not, recheck your alignment. (More customer reviews)I ordered the higher count replacement tip, because I not only could get more zits zapped per dollar, but with the higher price, I could get free shipping too!Follow-up:My zeno stopped working, so now I paid for all these zaps, but have no zeno.Maybe you should just buy the smaller size, so you don't end up paying for zaps you never use.Follow-up 2:I contacted zeno, and they sent a replacement unit for free...I guess they still want me to keep buying more zaps.

(More customer reviews)Tanda worked well for a few months but then would work only intermittently. The company was very slow to respond to my request even though the devive was under warranty. After I received the new device, I experienced similar problems. I believe they replaced the second device with a refurbished device that only worked for a month. Now my original warranty has expired. The device is made of plastic and is probably too fragile to last, even though this type of device is likely to receive only gentle treatment.A disappointment considering the price tag.
