(More customer reviews)I first found this on Sephora but Sephora does not ship to APO'S so I Googled it and found it here. Anyway, I have severe adult acne and had yet to find anything to keep it frombeing so severe and painful, even prescriptions do not work for me! But, seriously, this works!!! I may from time to time get a small pimple but as long as I use this every day @ least once a day it does a super good job of keeping my acne in check. I also use the Cosmedicine drying powder and the lotion with spf in it which I think you can find on Amazon too, but you must use this face wash daily or your acne will come right back! A small price to pay I feel. And the texture is grainy but not at all harsh, so you can tell it exfoliates your skin but it does not hurt it or burn. My face feels clean and calm after I wash with this face wash, not usual for acne products. So, if you can use this in conjunction with the other Cosmedicine acne products you will be clearer if not completely clear within 2 weeks!! And this line of products does not dry out skin or make it red or uncomfortable, just clean! It has does wonders for me and I hope it can do so for others too. Well worth the price tag:)
