My husband has celiac disease, which means he can't eat any food with gluten. Breads and cereals are usually forbidden. Even oats are typically contaminated with gluten because they're grown in the same field as wheat or processed in the same facility as wheat.
And then Bob's Red Mill started selling gluten-free oats. Halleluiah! But wait, there's more.
