(More customer reviews)This product was reccomended to me by the woman who does my facials.Her salon only uses Babor and I loved how my skin felt after a facial.After using Babor, every other cream and lotion felt like I was covering my skin with a sticky layer.After using this Day creme, your skin feels like you've just had a facial; clear, baby soft, and fully mositurized.If you have combination dry and oily skin this is the best Babor product to have. Hate the tight feeling of your skin after you put your lotion on? Not with this product. Hate how when you put your lotion on in the morning, your face is so shiney and oily that even makeup can't hide it?Not with this product.I highly reccomend it.

Just FYI, use a q-tip to take out a dolop of the product to put on your face.Don't use fingers; that way you keep the product untainted and at its best.

(More customer reviews)This is the best night cream I have ever used. Yes, it is very pricey, but it is well worth it. My brow furrows are very much dimished and that is what I was looking for. Yes, botox would do the trick, but I can't afford that treatment. A major woman's health magazine reviewed it as one of the best skin care products, and they were right! Don't expect miracles, but you can definitely count on better skin. (And the jar lasts for at least 2 months...I don't apply it all over my face, just the areas that have the most wrinkles.)

(More customer reviews)I have used The Present for 2 years.And I'm a *guy*.I am the director of a telecommunications consultancy and spend lots of time at conventions, in front of crowds, etc.I am extremely fair and pseudo natural blonde (blonde up until my 20's when it started getting darker... now it's chemically assisted).

The Present has been my salvation on the show floor, on stage and in front of cameras!And it continues to prove itself every day.

What to expect:
- A little goes a long way.
- You cannot put liquid or creme foundation over top of it.
- You need a really good cleanser before it and to remove it.
- It is *clear* so expect to see your skin under it.
- I find it best described as a "soft focus moisturizer".
- I recommend Philosophy's "Purity" cleanser to remove it.Regular soap doesn't really budge it.
- If you don't start with a pristinely clean face you won't get as good a result.

Why I use it:
1) Evens out my skin texture.I have large pores and patchy skin.
2) Gives my skin a radiant but still matte appearance, even under the most severe convention floor lighting.It's almost like having your face lightly airbrushed.
3) Locks in whatever moisturizer you put under it.It is also a *fantastic* moisturizer itself.
4) Provides a barrier for stage makeup - keeping my pores relatively clean when I have to wear it for camera work.(Yes, the guys on camera absolutely do wear makeup.)

Tips:
- If you have hormone issues, wild and crazy skin or your skin just needs a kick in the pants to get it back into shape, put The Present on in the morning, come home at night and wash your face, then put The Present on and wear it to bed.[My adult acne flareups have disappeared since starting this myself.]
- Use mineral makeup, powder, etc. over top of The Present.Creams and liquids WILL slide off.Philosphy's own "airbrush" foundation works perfectly with it.
- Remember The Present was originally designed to cover vulnerable skin after dermabrasion and acid skin peels.It acts like a second layer of skin.
- Wait for it to dry.2 minutes means 2 minutes.If it isn't drying you should use less or start with a dryer face.

I tried over 10 brands and most of them were sticky, oily, streaky, etc. I was really bummed and had my eye on the Stila version for quite a while but didn't want to spend $36! But I'm glad I did because it is worth it! It has great coverage but still feels like you don't have anything on! Not oily what so ever and doesn't leave a film or streaks. If you are looking for something light to throw on and go this is it! You won't be dissapointed!

Review of NuCelle Mandelic Shine-Control Moisturizer

(More customer reviews)Just to preface this review, I have to say this. I'm a little saddened that these Nucelle products have 0 reviews (an indication that no one is buying them?) because they are simply amazing.

I have been using the 10% serum (with this product) and have had such fantastic results on my acne and oily skin. It took a few months to get there, but it is definitely working.

Now on to this product.. I can't stress how great it is. If you're looking for a moisturizer for dry skin, look elsewhere. I found this stuff will only make dry skin dryer. What I found worked best was a small dab of cetephil's moisturizer on the dry area, let it sit for a few mins and then put a thin layer of this stuff over your T-zone (or wherever else is oily).

With this product, I have had such great success on my oily skin. My skin used to be shiney, oily, disgusting within 2 hours or so after washing. Now, I can work though an entire 8 hour shift and work and not have to pat my skin with oil absorbing sheets even once. It truly is incredible on oily skin.

(More customer reviews)Great easy way to exfoliate. I like that they don't come in a silly, girly color. they dry out quickly so they don't get rank (at least they haven't yet.) Rough enough to scrub the skin off, but not too rough so that they are irritating.
