(More customer reviews)Wonderful, smooth gel that not only lightens the skin (no more brown patches, freckles, etc) but also smooths the skin tremendously.Skin gets drier/more uneven when I go without it for more than 2 weeks.I've tried lots of products, mostly those with hydroquinone, but Jan Marini's product works just as well without it.Goes on very smooth and absorbs quickly, I usually put it on alone at night.Love the results.Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)What DDF doesn't mention is that this product burns your skin, hence all the acids within this cleanser. I starting using this product, hoping for great results, when all I got was a horrible chemical burn on my chin. Needless to say, if you have sensitive skin, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. I don't have sensitive skin, but I can only imagine how much worse it would be if you did. This product was a waste of $32 and when I contacted DDF to tell them about the issue I was having, they didn't do anything about it. Avoid this product!

I usually don't do that, but as an African American woman who still gets acne at 42 and the dark brown spots that are left behind long after the pimples heal, I was desperate. I LOVE this product. I have only been using it about a week and a half and my skin looks great. I have my confidence back. It has microbeads to scrub off dead skin that can make your face look dull and it smells wonderful. It is like having aroma therapy every morning and evening when I use it in the shower.

I bought it with Ambi fade cream for oily skin, which to me is a little too oily for my skin so I don't use it. I use Skin Success fade cream for oily skin and it keeps the shine off my face.

I also bought Ambi complexion soap which I also love. I use the Ambi complexion soap first, then I use the microbead scrub. Wonderful. Ambi, you have a new regular customer.

I am getting ready to order more of this product and the soap.

(More customer reviews)The lighter your skin(like me)the longer could take.I have been using this product for months because by experience I know that Hydroquinone works.It comes in a 4% prescription strenght which it works much faster but usually doctors are reluctant to prescribe it.I discover Nadinola by chance with a 3% concentration so I bought it to compare which is better.Both cost around the same....
The reason I gave this product 3 stars is because the results are slow and I also understand that for 5 to 7 dollars that's ok....

I finally broke down and bought Hydroquinone 4%, my pigmentation that had plagued me for 3 years had almost vanished.Please don't waste your money on this hype, if you have hyperpigmentation, just go for the hydroquinone 4 %, that cost me only $18.00 for a tube and had plenty left over, compared to $80.00 for this worthless item!I used murad for 6 months, hydroquinone for two months.I have an olive complexion, just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's better!
